    Rochele "Shelley" (House) Sims, a visionary and scholar, is a retired registered nurse residing in Southern California. She joined forces with her daughter, Amber, on a remarkable journey to empower their community through the founding of Pay It 4ward. Shelley's boundless compassion and unwavering faith in the power of community have made her a driving force in realizing a brighter future for herself and her cherished neighbors.
